Join Your NFM Docs for a 9-week Fitness Program!

Hosted by Dr. Kim Hansen Come join us as we train for a 5K race this fall using the popular ‘Couch to 5K’ training program. This is a FREE program offered by NFM with the intention of building a healthy community through staying physically active throughout the summer while incorporating healthy eating habits via a whole foods eating regimen.
