Join Your NFM Docs for a 9-week Fitness Program!

Come join us as we train for a 5K race this fall using the popular ‘Couch to 5K’ training program. This is a FREE program offered by NFM with the intention of building a healthy community through staying physically active throughout the summer while incorporating healthy eating habits via a whole foods eating regimen. Then we’ll celebrate our efforts by running as a team in the Run of Hope 5K race, benefiting Seattle Children’s Hospital.  The program includes:

  • A Couch to 5K training outline,
  • A whole foods diet outline,
  • Weekly group meet ups to exercise with your NFM Team to stay on track so you’ll be ready for race day.

This program is perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a fun and effective way of getting into shape – no experience necessary.

Program details:

Start Date: Tues, July 25, 2017   (If you’re unable to join us to start, feel free to jump in at any point during the nine weeks!)

Duration: Meets every Tuesday at 7:00 PM for 9 weeks

Location: Green Lake (meet at the south end by the stadium bleachers)
