I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you in writing for all you have done to help me in my quest to feel better. When I came to see you in July of 2004, I was feeling overwhelmed with how sick I was. I was very frustrated with my previous medical doctor who didn't seem to have answers for me.

I will never forget crying in your office on that first visit, and how you told me you would help me to feel better and that you were committed to finding both answers and solutions. You kept that promise from the start

You quickly determined that although being in my 30's I had still managed to contract mononucleosis. It was a large piece to the puzzle. When I came to you I was also battling thyroid problems and a painful bladder disease, interstitial cystitis. You listened carefully to how sensitive I am to most things and tailored my treatment plan accordingly. You also hooked me up with a great acupuncturist who has helped me considerably as well.

It's been almost one year since I was in your office and I can't thank you enough for helping to get me to a place of feeling better and living with much less pain. I feel truly fortunate to have found my way to you. I have not had a cold in 8 months and I made it through flu season without the flu! It's the first time I can recall that I have had an immune system capable of fighting off germs!

Before I met Dr. Cullen, I had a lot of strange, painful symptoms and hadn't felt well for five years. I was skeptical when I first went to see her because I didn't want another doctor to send me for tests and then tell me there was nothing that could be done. Dr. Cullen wasn't like that at all. She listened thoroughly and asked questions. The time she took with me and her fantastic intuition helped her choose appropriate tests and find the cause of my symptoms. It was a difficult to diagnose type of cancer, but she identified it in time for intervention and now, thanks to Dr. Cullen, I'm healthy, feeling well, and have a great prognosis.
